DepositsNon refundable deposit is required to schedule an appointment for Brows or removal. The deposit will be used as a guarantee for your appointment. Deposits will be applied towards the cost of your service or carried over to be used at a future appointment.
Should you not show up, arrive more than 15 minutes late, or cancel/reschedule without 48 hours notice, your deposit will be forfeited. Deposits are non refundable, no exceptions.​
Cancellation Policy48 hour notice is required in the event you need to cancel or reschedule or your deposit will be forfeited, this includes no-call/no-show.An additional deposit will be required to make a new appointment. If 2 appointments are missed/canceled/rescheduled, payment will be due in full to make an appointment. This will serve as your deposit and is subject to the cancellation policy for the full amount.Deposits are non-refundable, no exceptions.​
Rescheduling/Late PolicyTo avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 15 minutes late, you will be required to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited.  An additional deposit will be required to schedule a new appointment. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, please understand that last minute changes affect not only your technician,  but other clients as well. If you must reschedule an appointment, 48 hours is required in order to keep your deposit. ​
Touch Up PolicyA touch up (also known as a Perfecting session) is required for each new microblading client. Touch ups are no sooner than 6 weeks and no later than 60 days after your 1st visit. If your touch up isn't done in the allotted time period, it's considered a new appointment and charged full price. Annual color boost (or touch ups) are to be done annually, with in 12-18 months of your last appointment (follow up visit) to qualify for the lower priced color boost.There are no exceptions to this policy. 
Previous TattooIf you have a previous tattoo, please let me know prior to your appointment. I may ask you to send me pictures of your brows. There is a possibility that you are not a candidate for cover up and removal will be required. Your deposit will not be refunded if you come to an appointment and are not a candidate for microblading and wish not to proceed with removal, this deposit will serves as your consultation fee.
